When did I say he was dropped simply because of talent? Of course there were off-field problems, but you know what? If he was a top 3 player in the world like you said he was, I don't think Juventus would keep him out of the starting 11, let alone the whole team.

and the embarrassment continues. The Spammers rejecting to offer Guti a permanent deal, and he probably would've been their best player. This stacks onto the embarrassment that came from loan bids for Torres and Tevez while you were in the Championship, along with plenty of other overly-ambitious bids for players West Ham had no hope in getting.

Rumors are we are in talks with Anzhi for a loan deal for Chris Samba. He is desperate to leave after the racism incidents, Anzhi will only loan him out which we are obviously comfortable with. Would be a great signing just for the one season

I think he would of expected it to be a little less full on then it is (like every single game). Plus the fact all there players live in a compound and fly to games etc couldnt be enjoyable.

absolutely. right now i think he's the very best. great tackler, superb positioning and a brilliant leader. wouldnt swap him for any cb in the world.

I wouldnt say best, he is definitely up there. Vidic, Pique and Silva have a strong argument.

Racism is bad, but boy he must be pretty desperate to get out if he's actually considering West Ham. Good thing it's only a rumor.

Juventus have all but wrapped up deals for Kwadwo Asamoah and Mauricio Isla, with Sky reporting they're undergoing medicals. How do they plan on fitting Marchisio, Pirlo, Vidal and Asamoah in the same team?

They did go 42 games without losing and they do have about 100 mill to spend when they need/want. Once they sign that CF they are back in with a real chance in the Champs League though

Claudio Marchisio easily one of the most underrated players in the world atm. Had a stand out season for Juve as did there whole central midfield area

He wanted the move to QPR the most but Blackburn werent going to sell to a relegation rival. Once the window closed it was Anzhi or stay with Blackburn and he took the other option. Dont think he particularly wanted to join them. He just really really didnt want to stay

Surprised about the lack of action so far. Looks like about 5 clubs are actively trying to recruit atm and thats it. Rest are waiting for Euro to finish or pre season to start
