Where did you get pick 43 from? It's likely to be in the 30's. Are there expected to be twice as matched bids next year?

Bids these days can bring picks in the 30's forward, not back. Guys like Walker and Cochrane won't be pushing a second rounder backwards.

We are sooo stoopid though...as i was pushing for earlier... Double bid uwland and Patterson at pick one if we wanted any gc academy boys...
Now we lost all the leverage for next year that we had built up.

These recruiters are given way too much credit.

I would love to see their CV's and what makes them qualified for the role.

Most of the team surely just got a job as they know someone and this is nothing more than work experience, learning on the job from a couple of people who have the experience who also got here learning on the job.

As I have said many times before, the number of people in a recruiting team given the transparency and readily available information in this day and age is laughable.

Surely our huge soft cap can be put to better use and outsource the job to Cal Twomey.

I don't know if you're serious with your defending our our List Manager who's main job it is to make sure these kind of cockups dont happen.

It doesn't matter if Bella Lewis or nepo Nisbett or Massey or Phil or whoever cocked it up... Should have been vetoed by Clarke

what makes you qualified to judge whether they are qualified for the role?

what transparency do you want? They work on low wages as it's their passion and don't want to be in media for you to pick them apart.

now, what exactly did they get wrong with players they picked?

Zero hanger also has GWS not getting a 2nd back from the Hawks, but again the graphic of the live trade showed GWS getting a F 2nd back??

Still feel like we are waiting for absolute confirmation here on this.

Absolute cowardice for not calling out the F2 trade bungle. Makes no difference who you rate higher out of Addinsal, Lindsay and Nairn. There's no way you can justify not calculating the points that GC needed correctly. If they went in eyes closed hoping for the best, then that's even worse!
