Probably off topic but can anyone give me an update on FUIC strong? Last year (I think) they changed the flavour to make it more strong and it ruined it for me. Is it still the new flavour or has it reverted back to what it use to be?

Change over to Fluerieu Milk. FUIC has been bought out by the CCP

Adelaide Oval.
Coopers.
Johnny Haysman.

Saw Johnny live in the flesh at the recent Cold Chisel concert, dancing in his speedos with a hula hoop. Didn't break stride for hours. Gotta keep him.

Niche question for Adelaideans:
I see a heap of cars in the Glenelg/Brighton area with bumper stickers that say "LewMac" with some dates underneath. They are yellow writing on a black background. With the dates they look like those memorials bogans have on the back window of their cars, but there are heaps of these around. Does anyone know what the story is?

I would say it's in relation to this.

The murder in Mclaren Vale this morning seems eerily similar to Phil Walsh and getting murdered by his son.

22 year old murders his 81 year old Grandpa and his Grandma is in a serious condition, already come out that he has mental health problems. ****ing sad.

Interesting one. In typical Adelaide fashion it was easy to know people who knew him. Sad stuff.

Me:
We'll go south rd way its pretty much done now and MNR has too many traffic lights so **** it
Mrs:
Sigh

Twenty mins later
Whose ****ing idea was this shit
All nice and new and wide and then it bottles necks into two lanes with campaigners trying to merge at the last min
Hurry the **** up and stop milking it...should be close to done now ffs

Wont be doing that again anytime soon this year

Yeah Mrs PoppedCorn and I took South Rd a few weeks ago and had the same experience. You should have listened to her.
I’m going that way most days currently and the Coopers corner will be a mess for a long time yet. Thankfully I go through there before 5am and after 7pm so traffic is quieter

It’s a bloody mess. Who knew having roads going in all different directions with minimal signage would cause people to get lost?! Getting to Adrian Brian Ford today was a nightmare

you guys talking about Regency Rd & South Road?

what have they messed up about it?
Nah it’s the South Road upgrade at Darlington. Absolute complete shit show and doesn’t appear to have an ending in sight.

Signage is minimal to non existent, plenty of people (like myself today) accidentally end up on the Southern Expressway and then can’t get off until Morphett Vale. The signage appears to state that you must remain in the left lanes to continue onto Darlington (traveling south), but then without warning the 2nd most left lane ends up being entry onto the Expressway and it’s way too late to quickly change lanes, especially in peak hour.

Adrian Brien Ford is iconic on the corner of South and Ayliffs Road, to even get there from the south now you have to complete about 3 u-turns unless you’re coming off the expressway.

They have included five different changes to the direction of traffic over a number of stages, of which we are in the final stage now. Most of the roads still haven’t had their final coats and it’s like driving through the outback. This has been going for at least 3-5 years now.
