From celebrating a huge win against a local rival, to having a kick with the kids, meeting heroes in the community and spending time with your friends and family.

How about the AFL stops letting clubs die and gives some money to grassroots rather then spending it on an ad campaign no one will give 2 *s about.

The AFL is running a competition for fans to be featured in the upcoming 2020 season campaign.

Here are some examples of specific vision they are looking for:

• Displays of dedication to your team/favourite player! Wild and imaginative situations welcomed! E.g. home shrine, married in a guernsey, a painted mural on your house.
• Supporters in team colours singing/chanting/being excited on the way to a game. E.g. marching down the street, on public transport, driving etc.
• Epic reactions to a win/goal or moment (good or bad) whilst watching a game on screen (home, at the pub, on phone in public etc)
• Footy themed birthday parties (kids or adults!), candles being blown out on footy themed birthday cakes, or slicing of a footy themed wedding cakes!
• Supporters asleep in their team guernsey (kids or adults). Could be anywhere, anytime, from the train home from a game to a grandma taking an arvo nap!
• Kids hanging from monkey bars or hanging from the rails of a train/tram in the team guernsey.
• Kids receiving their very first team guernsey or football.
• Vision of families who all support the same team (in team colours).
• Vision or photos of families divided by support for different teams.
• Club volunteers building/making their teams banner and/or holding it up on the ground on game day.
• Supporters meeting their favourite AFL away from the game (e.g. at schools, hospitals, birthday surprises, face time etc).
• Club supporters doing selfless acts or extraordinary things.
• Vision of your favourite AFL star supporting a cause you care about. E.g. at a march, planting trees, Clean Up Australia Day etc.
• Vision of local business showing support for their team. E.g. painted shop front window etc. Big and small displays of support welcome!
