North board lied to me. Averaged 14. In the best 3 times

Yeah that's woeful second year. Probably only upped his average from 10-12 to 14. 14 would have been an ok base to start with going into this year

The AFL are covering their arses. If we pack the ground then it won't be rotated.

Waite was offered a 2 year deal, North offered 3. He'd averaged something like 14 games a season his prior 3 seasons so that wasn't just giving him up.

Garlett was let go for personal issues/the club no longer trusting him.

Pick 7 for Jaksch and Whiley was absolutely horrendous. The only silver lining is that pick 7 probably would have been delisted now anyway ha.

Pick 46 looks worse because Daniel became a decent player. There were 45 picks before him and no guarantee we'd have picked him even if we had that pick.

The drafting was awful. Still not sure why we let Walsh go but anyway. Definitely a poor off season.

GWS took Ahern with that pick 7 and have now flogged him off to North for a pittance. Whether we would have done the same thing remains to be seen, based on our recent drafting (Cripps aside) we may have done even worse
