All 5 houses will sell for way over what there actually worth, whether anyone actually likes the places and stays in them or just vacates 8 months of the year while we have winter in melbourne is another thing. (yes im aware Gisborne is 5 - 10 degrees colder then melbourne) which is more reason for them to vacate.

The fact he caught wind of those two kids affected by the fire and raised $20k+ from the worksite alone, which then raised $300k+ from the block’s viewership is phenomenal.

How ugly is Dylan and Jenny’s pool? Grass all around it closed in with an ugly aluminium fence. Looks cheap and nasty for a $5m - $6m house. Reckon they’ve pulled the short straw with their landscaper.
Also if they’ve invested $5m in each property, as stated by that accountant, what are they expecting to get for each one, $6m? Who is going to pay that much? Danny must have some very deep pockets.
