You try going without good quality sleep with extended periods of time and see if you can cope. Sleep deprivation.

Instead I get stuck with both insomnia and sleep apnea. Woe is me.

Sleeping too early makes me tired sometimes. I always sleep at 11-12.

Doesn't matter what I do.

If I go to bed, either my insomnia will play up, and I won't get to sleep, thus being tired the entire day.

Or I'll go to bed, bomb out, my apnea will play up, so my sleep cycle gets ____ed up, thus not getting good quality sleep, and thus being tired the entire day.

Or there's the rare chance I'll sleep, and not be tired.
