I've only been to Geelong in Victoria (and that when I was really little) so I don't really know ..

Frankston is the shit heap of Victoria.

Basically if you see a feral mother, about 15 years old, with 2 children, and by the looks of it, has a 3rd on the way, also carrying a 6 pack of Woodstock Bourbon 440ml, chances are she is from Frankston... or a Collingwood supporter.

However Frankston is still slightly classier than Sydney.
