From what I gather the circumstances are similar. Failure to notify testers of locations of players.

If you miss the test you do the deed, makes sense anyway, can't have athletes going off setting their own schedules. WADA was pretty pissy IIRC

They changed the regulation around it straight after the Ferdinand case.

a player got done for 6 months after actually testing positive for coke the following season.
