Bunj has been forward coach at Norwood this year with Bassett. They've worked well together and it will be a shame to lose them both. Hopefully we win the flag next week as a send off to a great year.

Please refrain from taking anymore valuable personnel from us this year, thanks!

I can't for the life of me understand how Barker has retained his position. Our forward structure last year was NON EXISTENT.

O'Bree was highly thought of by Collingwood, from what I can recall in his last year playing he was heavily mentoring the younger players, ie Sidebottom and co, who havent turned out bad. Apparently he is highly intelligent and knows the game well, sounds good to me. Also has a connection with GCS hopefully he can get in some of their ears eg. Caddy to come to the promised land that is CARLTON.

This part is interesting Harks :-

The Blues are close to signing Brock McLean to a two-year contract extension, which means they would need to lose other players to accommodate Tippett’s hefty price tag.

Nope. Apparently he was taking 12 months off but if Hinkley gets the Port job, Ratts may replace him as Senior Assistant at Gold Coast.

Imagine that. Ratts rocks up to his first session and the players are teasing him saying "ha ha we beat you"

Swann was on GuesSEN just before and mentioned that we have ONE Assistant's Coach position to fill (midfield coach).

O'Bree was mentioned but not signed.
