I've never heard the terms "Muzza" or "Muztek" used here in Adelaide. Most people here just call them Wogs or (mainly the older generation) Dagos. We definitely have a fair number of these types here in Adelaide, and they can be observed mainly at places like HQ, Cargo and Vodka Bar on the weekends, or watching the soccer at The Rosemont, or having a punt at Sky City. Since they've started closing off part of Hindley Street to cars on Saturday nights, it's cut that out as a cruising strip in the city. Most probably cruise down Rundle Street now on weekend nights, as well as down North Terrace, onto West Terrace and into the Maccas near HQ. They aren't usually the big roided-up gym junkie types though. Moreso skinny guys with Ed Hardy t-shirts and lots of jewellery, and the straightened mullets or thick rat's tails. They're definitely fully sick

Most of those sorts here in Adelaide don't seem to be out on the dance floor. They just sit there with their over-made-up females and/or stand around in numbers poseing or playing with their phones.

Its definitely a rave/club based term and has lttle to do with Italian extraction. The worst case muzza's i saw back in the day were of either Maori or Islander extraction. Guys that would coked up to the max and trying to run through brick walls. The classic muzza give away is the rolling fists dance move. Its like some kind of initiation ritual.

90% of the under 20s at an Adelaide United game are muzzas. Hell, for a season we had an entire bay of supporters massed together who were all muzzas. They sucked.
