calm down old mate. you don't take one line i said about this subject and pretend you have to live by it. did i tell you to live by those words? it's not "my logic" on LIFE it's the best way to explain THIS to people who think they have to pick a side, who think one is right and one is wrong.. life is bigger than whether their little mind thinks one little thing is right or wrong isn't it? most closed minded people who frequently read this board (for some reason...) think it's them vs the conspiracy theorists, they think it's normal thinking vs weirdo thinking, i don't believe it's about that, which may seem a bit boring (and sometimes cuts debate short) as people just love confrontation and being right and picking sides.

Finally got around to watching these videos. The whole concept seems to be based on not being able to personally verify fact and anyone that says they have been to space, anyone involved in government or airlines, or involved in the conspiracy in any way... They are all hiding this giant secret for no apparent reason other than that society would collapse if suddenly aware.

Weirdest part to me is how flat earthers can't seem to understand north to south travel over Antarctica, on a picture it's like they expect the plane to leave the map on the bottom and pop out the top of the arctic. It's a sphere, of course you travel in a U shape on a map if you are flying over Antarctica. This is one of the most clear examples of where their tiny minds can't comprehend something beyond what they expect to see based on their preconceptions of a journey route the same as they would see on Google maps.

Why hasn't organised religion cottoned on to the fact they could blow the whole world right open by proving the flat earth theory... They can afford to get photos of the "Giant wall of ice on the edge of the world".

I would love to see a documentary where they take the flat earther up into space, it would be absolutely amazing to watch their reaction.

Also, Byrd clearly says that their is an area of land the size of the US beyond the south pole FROM the direction of the US. He is talking about the side of Antarctica that is south of Australia. Antarctica is huge, nearly twice as big as Australia.

I'm going to throw out a curve ball. What if the world is a simulation like many physicists are now starting to wonder? That would give merit to the fact the earth is flat and they are onto something.
All the arguments that the earth is a ball because we can see that doesn't carry as much weight as some are making out. We can only see what our senses actually allow us to,that doesn't mean our perceptions of what we see are the same perceptions of other animals or birds or are in fact what is actually going on at all. It's actually a pretty naive argument,if we were all blind that doesn't mean the world is black,it would just be our perception,same if we all had fuzzy vision or our vision was blurred. What we can see shouldn't be the be all and end all of all arguments

There's literally millions of pieces of evidence as to why the earth is not flat.

It's the dumbest conspiracy that there has ever been, and anyone who still thinks the earth is flat in the year 2016 should be removed from the gene pool.
