oh and they are great for mini pizza snack - slight toast under the grill, put a bit of tomato paste, ham, cheese, olives under the grill for a couple of mins - beautiful

Overrated: Bagels
Underrated: Biltong (better than that sugar-laced-poor-excuse-for-dried-meat: jerky)

Often visit the South African shop just down the road from me to get half a kg of chili biltong. Doesn’t ever last long enough!

Ooh how about those little bread-looking crackers with dried apricots or dates inside?

Weis ice-cream bars used to be a 10/10 but is it just me or do they taste different now? imo Australia's best invention.

Love the Westernised Mexican stuff I reckon actual proper Mexican wouldnt be as crazy as I imagine

Whenever i have the oven on for anything i always do a tray of leek leak. Simply washed and cut in half. Little olive oil and herb salt. Bake for 20-25. And just eat it as side dish for next couple lunches. Its so good for your gut

Slow cooked beef is very overrated. My wife bloody loves it. Whenever we have it for dinner I do not look forward to having it at all.

Ribs can be a lot of bone, brisket is great though. You need to be a bit wary of the US recipes for brisket and ribs though, they put an unbelievable amount of sugar in their recipes, particularly for ribs.

Had some borderline stale breadrolls and didn't want to go out. So I chucked them under the grill with some, Tomato, onion and cheese. Simple yet Delish
