Haha Nathan Vardy 😅

Such a flog

It doesn't get more "shit bloke" than him laughing over a prone Gawn.

Why don't you try and beat him, Nathan?

Anyone else read 'Simmo's quotes and think 'gee what a tool'?

How someone has punchable quotes is beyond me but he certainly does.
That article really worried me. Is Nic that close to the end that his body can't handle full length games anymore?
It makes me feel old. I remember sitting on the train across from Nic when he was 17 and shy and really skinny and now his professional sporting life is nearing it's end. No. No!

Not a bad article from David Prestipino, I agree with most of it except one point:

He said we have one of the best young lists in the comp, by going to the draft only. Disagree - Acres and Aish say hello - bit of an oversight not to comment on how we got them for cheap too, both are best 22 at the moment, not fringe players.

AIsh definately is best 22. Juries out a bit on Acres.

it's pretty light on for analysis. Just looks like a click-attracting article to grab a few fist-shaking comments from the chardonnay and blue cheese crowd

Hamling, Lobb, Conca, Wilson, Acres, Aish. All regulars in our best 22. Realistically should add BHill and the benefits from trading him in and out. No teams rely on either the draft or trading, it is always a combination of both.

I know what your saying but he finished the year strongly after squibbing it in the Geelong game after coming back from injury and getting dropped as a result. Has lifted his intensity thereafter. I'm quietly confident he's found his mojo after a tough start.

Please give wanrings when sharing that flogs articles. I don't want to contribute to his readership count.

Flog of the highest order, deserves a longer ban than Willie Rioli got.

Isn’t it nice that Bucks is all touchy feely now in the media.

"We believe, and I believe I, show genuine love and care for our people and we really challenge the professional.”

Yeah but no. I’m sorry but go **** yourself, Bucks, and the racist organization you work for. I can’t stand anything that comes out of his mouth anymore.

Yeah I'm still very bullish on him. I think it will just be a factor of numbers vs overall effectiveness for him.

If Acres and Aish finish top 10 in the Doig then give the trade team a pay rise please.

If we are being honest, they probably should be finishing top 10.

i reckon we start calling Hogan, Battlefield Earth.
for those who don't understand what I'm getting at, Battlefield Earth was a major movie flop.
With endless options for renewal!!

It was a flop because cave man level technology humans found fighter jets that had been in storage for decades to hundreds of years and then figured out how to fly them and they worked in an afternoon when they couldn't even read before.

But Travolta was having a blast hamming it up and how can you not enjoy that like a house burning down that you know has nobody in it and no property being lost.

This was 2020, so Aish is in there. If Acres reproduces his end of 2020 form he will be too. But it will be competitive, and I would tip Young and Cox to push hard for inclusion as well, and if Hamling, Cox and Logue have kinder seasons in terms of injuries, then they are amongst our best.

Luke Ryan – 207
Nat Fyfe – 167
Adam Cerra – 150
Andrew Brayshaw – 150
David Mundy – 150
Matt Taberner – 125
Ethan Hughes – 124
Michael Walters – 120
Caleb Serong – 103
James Aish – 94

That Serong guy needs to lift his game.

Shows exactly what you'd expect, gun players do better playing more games. Nice waste of time Taylor
