He is the only listed "ambassador" for the foundation.
So I suspect it is a means to move part of his salary to the foundation so that he wears the polo and works with them occasionally.

Similar to Jack Petrocelli hosting an event at Crown (Eagles Sponsor) to promote their Merrywell bistro which was advertised during Seven (Eagles Sponsor) News in prime time television immediately following him signing a contract extension.

I Found it a bit wrong consider they announce themselves as a not for profit organisation but are paying a player's salary. How would you be if you donated some money to them as a non WC supporter or even footy follower to hear your paying toward a footy players salary

It’s an ASA (Additional Service Agreement) that’s outside the TPP cap. They do have their own cap limit, otherwise you get Chris Judd-like scenerios when he left for Carlton.
