More than made up for it with other line bets on Port and the line. However Port somehow turned a great night into a good one....

yay! another win for me!!!

although... borussia vs stuttgart ended up utilising the draw no bet option, so the 3 leg multi eventually ended up paying at about $3.94. $25 turned into just over $98

that makes me two for two, with one multi being worth $6.22 (and then $3.94) and the other one being up over $14.

i think the reason both of mine have been succesful is because i'm being so fussy - both times i've done it i've waited, i've browsed 8 afl matches (and associated bet options), 8 nrl matches (and associated options) and dozens of soccer matches from europe...

i think if i were to just jump on a heap of games and vote the most likely result, they wouldn't be going so well.


edit: having said that, i've already scoured the pages of sportsbet and found a 4-legger today

to be honest, i think there's danger with 3 of those legs... and whilst theres a great chance i'll make a fool of myself in saying this - but i think the safest bet is the longest odds with swan's most possessions. no kirk in the group, so a blinder by pendels or didak are really all that can shut him down i think

other than that - roar have looked great, but are always terribly unpredictable. storm could well get smashed. saints/north could go either way.

wigan were made to look good on gameweek 1 by a shocking villa effort, villa then played rubbish mid week again, hence why i believe both man united(1.57) and liverpool(who are playing villa 1.42) were decent odds. not many weeks your going to get 2.23 for a united/liverpool multi. man united were not going to leave wigan without the 3 points after losing to burnley mid week and saluted with a 5-0 win, i expected liverpool to beat villa upwards of 2-0 aswell.
