The fact that he's been allowed to keep posting shit around here shows how benevolent the mods are, more grace than Jesus

The moment that campaigner was defending white supremacists and nazis he should've been bant

Jesus tears teams apart for fun at the moment, it's easy to be more graceful than him!

This has been the story of the New Orleans Pelicans season so far.

Game 1 - DeMarcus Cousins and Anthony Davis. 61 points, 28 rebounds. Lost by 12 points.

Game 2 - DeMarcus Cousins and Anthony Davis. 70 points, 29 rebounds, 10 assists (5 each), 6 steals (3 each). Lost by 2 points.

Game 3 - DeMarcus Cousins and Anthony Davis. 49 points, 28 rebounds, 11 assists. Won by 7 points.

Imagine what a consistent third man on that team could do for them.

Anybody been watching the L&O Menendez thing? Quality show.

I might give this a watch, it looks interesting. I used to watch Law & Order a lot a few years back (I had a huge crush on Mariska Hagitay) but my tastes for cop shows changed over time (The Wire, The Shield for example). But this does look interesting.

You would hope if they do more seasons they keep doing real life cases. They should with “True Crime” in the title.

Rewatched Batman vs Superman last night.

Really hate Affleck as Batman. Not sure if it's because I grew up with Bale but I just didn't like the portrayal of him in this flick. Maybe it's not Affleck's fault per se but it just doesn't work for me. They made him clunky in the last scenes. Boo hiss.

Cavill plays Superman well but Eisenberg steals the show for me. He was fantastic as Luthor.

Still not great but I enjoyed it a little bit more than the first time I watched it.

I thought Eisenberg was trying to be like Joker, not Luthor.

I also liked Affleck.

Yeah I'm watching the people vs oj now, pretty good.

Admittedly I have zero idea what Luthor is like in the Superman world (never been into Superman) but I thought he did it pretty well.

"I have no idea what this character is meant to be but he played the character well" hahaha what?!

I'm not into the Superman universe/storyline at all. As far as the performance went in that particular movie, I thought he was very good. Whether that's consistent with how he's set up in the comic books etc, I've got no idea.

Yeah I guess I just find that a funny perspective, it'd be like if they re-made the Harry Potter movies with Harry as some heavy metal punk kid and someone saying "I thought that portrayal of Harry was very good." When it's not true to the character at all lol.

Then again, you've got people that consider the movie and book to be different mediums. If metal punk Harry is more interesting fufills his role better in the screen, then its a positive, even if many will be calling betrayal.

I mean, depends how the metal punk aspect is handled, I suppose.
