We're looking at doing that. About 5 hours? Also, train is a decent option in the US. I did Boston to New York on Amtrak, very pleasant.
What did that set you back from memory?

Flying across the US is brutal. Even domestic flights require you to be there a couple of hours before your flight to go through the body scanners etc...I did Seattle, Washington to Washington DC and that was about 5 hours, then New York to Texas, which was about the same...with time zone changes, whole day is a write off. Felt good getting a car in Vegas and driving to LA. 4 or so hours, but less constricted.

NYC is ******* amazing. How long are you there for?
You could only live comfortably in Manhattan if you were a millionaire. My sister told me that she actually got the most jet lagged doing the internal flights between islands in Hawaii. The international flight was nothing but the internal ones are quite tiring with all the waiting around airports and the flights. It will definitely be worse since we have LA to Chicago, Chicago to NY and then NY to LA (but that can be considered part of a longer flight back home).
Yeah, I’ve been told plenty that if we can catch a train anyway, to do it. It’s actually quite fun.
4 nights mate. Get there July 3rd and leave July 7th in the evening (6PM flight). Looking so forward to 4th of July celebrations.
I was told by a friend who has been to NY that literally anyone, no matter the persons religion, could live comfortably in NY. There is literally something for everyone. I can’t wait to see all 3 cities but I think NY will be something else all together.
4 nights in LA (2 hotels booked for 2 nights in Anaheim and 2 nights in Hollywood), 3 in Chicago and 4 in NY. So much to do and see. I can’t wait.

The piece of shit that murdered my cousin will officially plead guilty next Tuesday. Does nothing to help my cousin but he'll never be able to have custody of their child at least.
There was talk he was going to plead not guilty but knowing the intricate details of the case, there's no way anyone would have believed it.
Looking like it'll be close to 18 years but we'll have to wait and see.
I don't know your case, but prepare for the worst with our judicial system. I know a guy who pleaded guilty on the night of the crime, but then plead down to manslaughter instead of murder and got downgraded with a 5 year sentence less time already served. was out in just over 4 years...![]()
With my cousins parents (child's grandparents). What is going to happen to the child? The kids in these situations really suffer.
18 years doesn't sound enough to me, what is the maximum sentence?
He didn't plead anything on the night - he had to for prior to his trial date though. With the case, there is zero chance anyone would believe it was manslaughter. Some of the details behind it still keep me up at night. He's an awful, awful human.I don't know your case, but prepare for the worst with our judicial system. My uncle spent over 20 years as a prison guard.Justice system works in strange ways. That guy who had mental issues and claimed he had a bomb on a Malaysian Airlines flight out of Melbourne (he didn't actually have one) was given 12 years for it.
Meanwhile other violent criminals and / or rapists sometimes get less. For me that's ridiculous - the penalty should reflect the severity of the crime.

Even when they plead guilty?Quite often the Prosecution will go with a charge of Manslaughter as it has a lower criteria to meet than Murder.
Changes the landscape.LeBron to the Lakers for 4 years.
Even when they plead guilty?
I know in this instance they're going for murder (and will get it). The only question is really how long he goes away for now.
Even more reason to want him to loseLeBron to the Lakers for 4 years.
