Ah yeah we're lucky the cot fit in our room even after she outgrew the bassinet.
We sleep with ours in the room in her cot (she was always in the cot/crib, no bassinet) and she's 5 months on Saturday. I still can't believe for 2 months she's been sleeping through the night with no feed, have to wake her up at 7:30 sometimes to get her going. She's hitting teething at the moment and she's struggling to go to sleep because of that pain in her mouth. Her audible cries are different now, using her tongue to feel her gums.

Yeah sounds like us. We didn't think the cot would fit which is why we had a bassinet but won't bother with number two.

Oh how I envy you, our little man has slept about 25 mins since 7:30pm and is now wider awake than what he was when he initially went to sleep.

These kids 🤦🏼‍♂️😂

Gees never thought Freddie Flintoff’s crash was this bad. Permanently scarred. Went through hell poor guy.

He’s bloody lucky to be alive. Horrifying crash and sadly, utterly preventable.

She was only taking like 20mins to go down but atm with the teething she's a bit more trouble. Normally she finds her thumb and she's out, last night I had to force a pacifier in her and then she was ripping it out trying to put her thumb in, but then screaming cause her thumb wasn't doing the job. The joys. She's off on a plane in 2 hours with the wife so I have tonight off (flying the next day)

Luckily teething for us only ever seemed to last 2-3 consecutive nights but it was tough!

How did you manage that one without the wife dragging you on the plane by the ear kicking and screaming? :p

Some few hours.

Finished work and within minutes a phone call from dad who'd been admitted to the ER the night before (has some long term conditions). A trip to the bathroom led to a fall as the wheeled frame he had didn't have the brake engaged by staff. The ensuing broken hip needing to be fixed tomorrow.

Having your father on the phone telling you the surgery planned for tomorrow has a good chance he doesn't wake up from is something I don't wish for anyone to hear. Sat in the hospital room barely able to string a sentence together to talk to him.

I have NFI how I will manage to sleep tonight.

Thoughts with you and your dad mate.

Thoughts are with your old man, yourself and your family.

So yesterday morning in our street there was a burst pipe under one of the residences nature strip and water gushing out everywhere. Yarra Valley water sends a guy about an hour later to inspect the damage and he leaves soon after. We are all assuming a crew will be sent back on Sunday or even Monday. Then at Midnight, all sorts of commotion for about an hour and a half from the crew that was sent lol.
