Well based on those figures, it saves you $100 over the course of a year. Which is less pay than 1 work day for me.

Each to their own, I just prefer not having to worry about that kind of shit on the weekend.

Yeh I completely agree. There are a lot of other things I would rather be doing on the weekend than preparing meals for the week

I guess, like I said it takes me an hour tops and for most of that hour I'm doing other stuff while the meat cooks. As Jatz said, to each their own I suppose.

I can certainly see the benefits of doing meal preparation. its just not for me at the moment

I like making my own lunches. But i also like nice things too much so instead of making something basic i end up with a curry or pasta with heaps of ingridents. So i end up not really saving a heap when i make my own lunches anyway

I buy my lunch at least twice a week, usually cbf preparing my meals for the week. I'm young, fit and active, as I get older I reckon I'll start preparing meals instead of going for the take away options as I'll probably start to blow out once I stop playing sport.

Yeah ill never understand it. I just dont understand killing. I have some real issues with spiders but I still catch them and put them outside.
