Spend the morning cleaning a stuck in my Westie bum hole.
Was delightful ..

It took my first abused rescue cat 7 years to climb on my lap.
Misi who was also abused sits next to me but not on me. She is affectionate in other ways and very chatty.

I just let the rescues figure things out in their own time.

Yes. Zsa Zsa is very talkative at times. She is afraid when anyone comes to visit and hides in her safe wardrobe shelf. She lets me pet her and loves when I scratch her belly. She has never scratched nor bitten me. Just last year, she started jumping up on the arm of my lounge chair, always the right arm, and let's me pet her for a while. When she grows tired of it, she'll jump down and head off to the bed for a nap. When I go to bed, she goes back to her wardrobe safe place for the night. She's been a challenge, but I'm sure glad that I have her. She kept me sane during the lockdowns.

I definitely didn’t buy her a little igloo bed for outside my bedroom window (I live on farm) and I am definitely not a soft touch I don’t know what you mean.

(And yes, she does sleep in it every night and waits for me on my doormat every morning )

Fyfe is 3 and Mundy is 18 months - they are inseparable. Was weird recently when hubby was calling them because they went to annoy someone, and it was ex Docker Ryan Crowley

that's funny - the girlfriends of Fyfe and Mundy are two labs lol. They are both obsessed with labs and border collies

how old is he/she? I have been using a powder in my old boy's meals and have stopped giving him food with tuna in. I give him cat soups like Fancy Feast broth to increase his fluids, and he doesn't get biscuits. We have been doing this for about 5 yrs now.

We had to say good bye to one of the cats late last year.

Then little while back I noticed blood on the carpet etc.
Betty was leaking blood ..
it was stress from losing her mate.
Seems to have settled down.
She's more needy now .
