Was about to argue as I distinctly remember us playing someone...then I remembered. Was a close last 3 quarters I guess.

There would be LOL's.

Would be more if Isaih was still in charge.

I know it would be funny in a 'they deserve each other' kind of way. But it would actually be a good move if we can shift any salary to do it. T-Mac is an expiring.

I would be happy if it meant getting rid of Jeffries or Harrington.

The bonus would be also swapping Adelman with D'Antoni.

D'Antoni has done as well with your group as anyone could.

Wrong. Im pretty sure Chris Duhon wouldnt be getting 35 mins on another NBA team. He also wouldnt leave key players sitting on the bench when in winnable positions.
He is shit. Sorry

You have a worse roster than the Nets, yet are going to finish with 30+ wins yet again.

You should be hailing the moustached one's greatness.

I cant back a bloke who is costing us wins with stupid decisions at critical moments.
You wont find too many Knick fans who like D'Antoni. Fair enough if we are losing and he was developing the list but he isnt.
The list isnt terrible, its quite competitive and if they get a Max contract on a All-Star they will be back in the playoffs. Lee, Gallanari, Hill, Douglas and Chandler are a very very promising group for us.
Duhon should never wear a Knick jersey again yet he cant do no wrong.

err.

The Nets have one NBA starter quality player.

Devin, Yi, Lee and whoever the small forward of the month is wouldn't start for any other team in the league.

Ignoring contracts the Knicks roster is easily better than the Nets.

Nonsense. Lee and Chandler in particularly have benefited out of sight from D'Antoni's development. Lee would still be a Reggie Evans clone off the bench if it wasn't for D'Antoni, and Chandler has zero identifiable skills as an NBA player yet still flourishes (relatively).

Duhon gets minutes because you have no other point guard on your roster. Nate Robinson is a spud who'll win 1 game and then blow the next 4. Larry Hughes is...well, Larry Hughes.

And even with the development of Lee and Chandler, the 4 guys you have named as your "core" are a joke. Minnesota have AJ, Love, Brewer and Flynn. NJ have Lopez, Harris, Lee and Yi.

Your "top 4" reads like an NBDL team in comparison, David Lee excepted.

I know you're perpetually about to jump, but that's crap.

Harris and Lee have both started for NBA finalists. They haven't gotten shit overnight, it's just that neither works well as the primary option.

And Yi's a soft spud, but he's still more talented than any of the Knicks bar Lee and Gallinari. Hell, Humphries would be the 3rd most talented player on the Knicks.

_evin Harris has been an absolute liability and we've played far better without him.

Lee hasn't hit a shot all year.

Yi is the worst defensive player in the league.

This is the worst team of all time, of that there is very very little doubt.

That is as may be this year, but you can't just discount his talent. At his best, he is an above average defender, and though sometimes inefficient, an excellent scorer who can get to the line at will. He has been nowhere near his best and you can put that down to a combination of injury, disinterest and a lack of help, but if you can pair him with another all-star calibre player (although every man and his dog is an all-star this year...), or is Lopez can continue to develop he can get back to his best.

Of course if you get John Wall it will be bye bye Devin. I hope he lands on a good team, as he is good to watch when motivated and fit.

Cavs 66-63 at the half.

Just on a side note, does anybody here follow games on play by play?

If so, how do they continually stuff up the free throws? I've lost count of the amount of times I've seen "Player X misses free throw 1 of 2" only for that to be changed to "makes" next update.

D Stern is releasing th efollowing press release.

"Not only will LeBron be able to push off and elbow on the offensive end, you will be called for a foul for getting in his elbows way

KTHXBAI - D Stern

Just realised this is another double header. Channel ONE is seriously providing the goods lately.

Indeed. Didnt they have a double header on tuesday? There have been heaps of games on onehd of late.

Yep, and they had a game on Wednesday too. I have ILP now, which will be handy for watching teams like the Thunder who aren't getting much stuff on Aus TV, but really between ONE and ESPN we get pretty damn good coverage.

Just checked the schedule on NBA website, Thunder have only two more games on One/ESPN for the rest of the season
