He is very well known in the eastern suburbs. When I was at Midland TAFE around 2000 pretty much every kid in the class had some funny story about some silly thing they had seen him do.. About a year later in Midland Gate I heard a bit of a commotion and a sort of screaming and barking, turned around and sure enough there is this bearded bloke pushing a bike.. Had never seen him before that or since though.

Think he is just some handicapped bloke that lives in the hills and for some reason rides some ridiculous kms all around Perth every day.

And the kids that did it will never be caught

I said before that you can't condone the bloke killing the kid, but if the authorities don't recognise the understandable anger/frustration at petty crime/vandalism that led to his actions then the problem won't be solved which includes the societal problems that leads to teenage kids committing those acts in the first place

Pretty much, its harsh but I don't give a rats about the stupid kid, feel bad for his friends/folks to lose someone. But if they think shit like this will help, it will only do the exact opposite.
