I agree although I do think it will be some years until we actually get 60k every week.

That maybe the case but it's a bit like the constant widening of the freeway. Stands to reason the population was going to grow and it would make more sense to close sections off now than trying to "fix" it in 10 years time

Eagles have a 20k waiting list now, we would be giving it a nudge most weeks.

How many show up every week now? 35k? Just because you have a 20k waiting list doesn't mean you'll go close to capacity. For just regular games I think both you and us will average around 50k.

Subi oval misses out on a lot of walk up sales and fans just looking for one off games because it's hard to get a ticket most weeks. Well unless you are on Ticketmaster as soon as they go on sale and hope your session doesn't time out.

I reckon they have always been quite popular in WA, known a lot of people over the years that go for them here.

North Melbourne were one of the biggest supported teams in WA prior to 1987.

As far as attendances go, it will be interesting to see what happens. People in Perth are so conditioned now to not being able to just turn up and get a ticket at the gate, I wonder how long it will take to break that, if at all. As for memberships, one of the big reasons they are so high is that it's the only way to get a ticket. I wouldn't be surprised if membership numbers don't change much or even drop a bit. Maybe some of those people who never go to games but keep their membership will let go at last.

Casino is rubbish

I Suggest any number of restaurants and bars in Northbridge, eg Northbridge Brewing Co or even the Brass Monkey and Universal Bar if youre of the bogan persuasion.

The Breakwater at Hillarys Boat Harbour isnt bad, if a little pricey. The pub at Mindarie marina similar.

Cottesloe beach for a perve.

Freo has any number of bars, restaurants etc. Cant go wrong walking down the South Terrace strip or theres old faithful Little Creatures at the marina and sunset at the Left Bank in east freo is awesome
