I'm pretty sure the original idea for Black/Charcoal PBs is from El_Scorcho. It's easily the best "variation" I've seen and if we were wearing the PBs regularly I reckon it would fly as a one-off "black out" guernsey, sort of like that colour rush thing the NFL does.
