It could be a leftover from the ones we were going to wear in the warm up of the Collingwood game. We didn't because they were delivered late apparently.

Does it have a name and number on the back?
It is, I have the Jonas one.

I know the original batch were numbered because they were player issue and we intended to use them. I was just wondering if this one is because if it's blank it means it's probably a retail job, which means it could be our 2018 run out top, and do you see where they're going with this? :p

I saw one of those in the shop earlier in the week and I do believe it was Snelling's.

I have made some Frankenstein shit
Last one is superb

Hybrid designs are bad on every level.
Simple is best.

BiB is a solid design and has quickly cemented itself as a Port Adelaide guernsey.
PBs are timeless and shouldn't be ****ed with. Closest I'd go to adapting them would be the black and silver version posted by Not Again but not sure what the point of them would be.

Interestingly, the black and teal version of the PBs that someone posted here didn't look as bad as I thought but didn't feel like a Port guernsey, where as the black and silver ones do. Maybe it's due to my age and seeing teal as the least Port part of our branding.

Silver works because the design itself is good, not just in white.

Agree that the design is strong but the colour variants in the same design feel less Port Adelaide, even when they look good.

To remove any objection from Collingwood re: their sense of entitlement to vertical black and white stripes.

I meant for us. Unless we're ditching the BiB guernsey, which I doubt, where would the silver PBs come into play? If we plan to wear the original PBs on a semi regular basis, why would we have a need for silver and black version?

I only say it when thinking of ditching the chevrons.

Dreamland is:
PB at Home
Chevrons away.
3rd kit random white design that changes every 2 years based on Pb or chevs

We wouldn't need them at all unless we're going full PBs for everything.

But like you said I doubt that will be the case. Long term I think it'll end up being PBs primary, BiB secondary (the Collingwood guernsey basically) and the white chevs stays on as the clash guernsey.

Teal chevs to spend the rest of eternity in the locker.

I wouldn't be against the 3rd kit being a super crazy anything goes money spinner that changes every couple of seasons, much like they do in euro soccer, as long as we don't put ourselves in the position of having to wear it in a GF.

But I think between the BiB/black shorts and PBs/white shorts combos we've got enough contrast to be covered though.
