After all the upheaval concerning young Cloke this week if the Pies manage to get within 5 goals of the Lions they would deserve all the accolades going & then some,

Lions to win by plenty,
 
I too think that Brisbane should win but if the forcast for rain is correct i think Collingwood are a huge show

So how many of your predictions have actually come true this year? You have changed your spots a few times. The Pies have basically buckley's chance of winning (parden the pun). The Lions would need to get heaps of injuries on the day to lose.

I said Adelaide would get beaten by Collingwood. Ditto for the Port Adelaide game, etc, etc,

Brisbanes last two games were at night in slippery conditions, so the wet wont bother them, and probably spells more trouble for Collingwoods tall forward line.
The cold is about the only weather that could possible effect them.

I agree the cold could be factor but Brisbane's slippery is not Melbourne hail. The misnomer about Collingwood's tall forward line is that they rely on high marking. Only Rocca is a high marking option. Tarrant is a leader and Fraser is space finder and opportunist. Collingwood's small forwads like the Davis' and Didak have excellent ground skills and the midfield are not slowed or deskilled by the wet. I am hoping for an almighty hailstorm to last 120 minutes. I'll get wet but WGAF!
 
Collingwood have a better forward line and IMO, a just as good defence. Brisbane is nothing without its midfield; the second best midfield in the AFL.
