I just paid $600 for the concrete for the post holes for my verandah, but over a cubic metre I think. Really depends on size of your slab.

The prices change quiet abit on concrete.

I cbf laying a slab and i'm not forking out 2k. Would rather leave the garden shed in the box and sell it.

I don't understand while garden sheds can be so close to the fence line.

But when I tried to built the cat enclosure I had to keep it a metre from the fence line.
Thanks to the lovely neighbour complains to the city council.

What would be an acceptable quote for a very small concrete slab for a garden shed ? Just got quoted $1900. Thinking of just slapping it on the ground and screwing it to the fence.

I put up a 3x2m garden shed few weeks back and done it all myself but the concrete was only $280

****ing thing is still 3 assembled sides + roof leaning against the fence and tied with a ratchet strap, abandoned after my last *&^@%&^%@# attempt at following their instructions.

How "The World's Greatest Shed" "Assembled in 2-4 hours" can take a qualified builder and his mate two whole days on youtube to get it together is beyond me.

Can I pay you to finish assembling it while I kick back and watch?

Mine was just a cheap Bunnings job for the kids bikes, outside toys etc. Sheds and IKEA flat packs are 2 things couples should never attempt together. I nearly got divorced during the construction of a bedroom cupboard for our first kid. I wasn’t allowed to do anything with the second one 2 years later.

I must be the only one without a garden shed... .
But makes sense to me all my garden bar the four palm is out front.
All tools mower etc in garage, garage is plenty big enough.
I do want an extra gate to the back yard so don't need to push mower though the outside area.

We brought a day bed from Amart..
After going to the hot springs outer Melbourne there they had these day beds thought something like this would be great.
Goes in Amart funny enough day bed on special amazing fancy that..
Lady goes only takes a couple hours to put together...ok easy .

Gets it home ..about 6 ish hours later we have a day bed ...
Mrs still points out at the few (only a few) bolts I put the wrong way.. .
This thing not moving ever.

You could get some gravel then some sand on top and lay some of the big flat grey pavers

I’ve head nothing good about easyshed And will steer clear once the driveways done and I decide on either a large shed or garage

What would happen between now and mid-January 2025 if a clearly infirm President Joe Biden dies before Donald Trump is inaugurated? Obviously when a President dies in office the Vice President is sworn in (JFK - LBJ in 1963) so VP Kamala Harris would in theory have to take the oath of office, but would she become the 47th President and have a tenure of just weeks in a caretaker role before handing over to Trump (who would then become the 48th President) and Harris becoming America's answer to recent UK Prime Minister Liz Truss? Or given the circumstances would Trump's inauguration be brought forward?

And I respectfully ask please no political rants on either side, I'm just curious about how such an extraordinary situation would play out, I don't want to set off a debate lasting 11 pages.

According to the 20th amendment, Harris would be President. The terms of both President and Vice President do not end until 20 January.
