It doesn't have to be a full blown apology.

Just; Sorry I didn't sign up before, but now hearing more about it, I'm interested.

That I need to be better organised, adhere to deadlines and that I should've registered my interest two weeks ago instead of now, because now he has to bust his ass and forward one email.
Hmmm, yeah seems like a douche, you might want to ask again and also maybe look for contact details to the actual show and contact them.

Been subscribed to Foxtel for over 4 years now I think and it's just standard stuff.

Do you think if I called them requesting an upgrade to HD for being a loyal customer would work?

Or would it be better to say I am no longer happy with the picture quality and want to cancel my subscription as a result?

I have heard if you say you're cancelling it because it's too expensive they will bring it down a bit so they don't lose ya

But yeh hang up if they call your bluff

would you guys consider the local chicken burger shop to be fast food?

this is the sort of standard suburban chicken burger shop i'm talking about

no chips for me (IMO the most overrated food in the western world. so bland)

i only ever get a chicken burger

i'm generally a reasonably good eater but i could be better and i wanna set some targets for the next 12 months in terms of my eating. i.e. only 20 fast food meals in a year, but i would probably have to reconsider that figure if the local burger shop was considered fast food - it should also be noted i would like to keep an eye on them too.

then you get to o'portos and o'galos which is another grey area. fast food, but in reality not much difference to your local burger shop...

It doesn't matter if it's fast food or not. It depends if it's healthy and you have to determine that if it's food fits in with your diet plan.

that is true.

i'm not really looking to micro manage my diet, or even set a diet plan.

just set a few targets for maximum amounts of shit food intake, and minimum weekly amounts of fruit and veggie servings.

will probably separate the shit food into pure shit (mcdonalds, pizza's etc,.) and semi shit (local burger etc,.) and set targets accordingly.

when you think about though even local restuarants are a fairly grey area - they say they are healthy but when you taste them it doesn't taste so healthy
