I think with guitar it depends what style you play.
For example... I think it would be really hard to get your non dominant hand doing what this guys' right hand does
Love on the RocksAnyway to continue on with the 5 pages of left handed talk.
There used to be a novelty shop at the Rocks in Sydney back in the 70's and 80's called surprisingly enough ' The Left Handed Shop'. Had every thing left handed, scissors, cutlery ( cake knives), and lots of other shit I can't remember.
All I ever bought was a badge saying 'Kiss me, I'm Left Handed.
Fraught with danger wearing that in Sydney in the early 80's, wasn't just women that may or may not have been tempted, had a bear corner me in a pub down at the Rocks one drunken afternoon

Correct me if I’m wrong so trombone the left hand does nothing? (my father played this and trumpet) The recorder, clarinet etc… left hand on the high notes. While piano is left hand on the low notes. And Ringo was left handed on a right handed drum kit (if a left exists). All of this is worth exploring.I doubt LH pianos exist, what a headf*** that would be!
Violins, flutes, trombones etc exist but very rare. It messes up the orchestra visually, and the violins especially would have to be spaced pretty far apart. Also, it's mainly availability when kids start learning. Can't learn on one if there isn't one! Clarinet really doesn't matter much, as you're doing basically the same thing with both hands directly below your head.
Yeah, that's all correct.Correct me if I’m wrong so trombone the left hand does nothing? (my father played this and trumpet) The recorder, clarinet etc… left hand on the high notes. Exactly. The trumpet (the first instrument I was taught music on as a kid) doesn't require what I would call "fine motor" skills....you only need three semi-functional digits to be able to play it.Yeah, that's all correct.
The left handed violins that do exist have the strings the other way, and the support bracing and chin support all need to be reversed. So you can't just string it the other way.
A trumpet is funny too, it's essentially right handed, but it's only 3 central valves/keys and you blurt into the centre - so there are some people who play them left handed anyway. Not many, though. Most lefties just play them right handed.
So you're assuming he's right hand dominant?
It's scary how close you got to the actual wording of the quote I was going to post! I feel a little like I've been gazumped now, so I won't bother...........Yes
But the way my life goes I'm sure you're about to quote some facts saying "Cory Lefty Wong of 13 Left St Leftington, simply won't stop talking about how being a lefty, playing righty, is the sole reason for his ridiculous skills as a funk musician"
or something...
For decades a struggling guitarist recently acquired a bass and think; geeze where’s this been all my life.
As a righty playing regular Stratocaster always find the pick up switch and three knobs get in the way of my strumming hand, maybe Jimi was on to something.
