Is anyone actually accepting Heinz's idea that you have "Pie and Ketchup " at the footy.
Surely if you want a pie, its pie n sauce and you stick that American named crap up some Heinz executive's butt.

Nah, depends on the pie though.

A good pie, and I mean really good has tender meat, rich gravy and needs no sauce to speak of as the gravy does that job since full body.

Off the shelf crap then sure, though I trend to BBQ, it's still pie and sauce, but I've always preferred tender meat and rich gravy as farming you butchered your own and made your own so you loved it then and you loved eating it later so you make that meat sing and dance on that plate somehow.

Dawson potentially out this weekend hopefully they find his brother all ok


The clown then goes on to insert an artical about how his brother is missing which should have been Mr Nuffers hedline not about how Dawson maybe out.
Maybe im being a bit too sensative but i would hate to think there are people who's first though was that we may have more chance of winning with Dawson not playing that thinking about how upset and worried he must be with his brother missing.

I like ketchup, I buy it all the time and Heinz is a good brand.

I’m not really fussed though I also buy master foods tomato sauce. I probably prefer the tomato sauce on a pie but good ones don’t need much.

We really go through a lot of it, my wife and kids love the stuff as does my grandson, he’s 2 and already dipping party pies in it when he gets one at the bakery.

Bigger question ai which are your favourite supermarket pies ?. I’ll go Herbert Adams, four n twenty and national foods. Safeway substituted my Herbert adams for garlo’s, I didn’t like the garlo’s at all, strange texture, poor pastry.
