It seems as though SACA has the same underlying issues that the SANFL has - paying overs for others' rejects without developing our own talent.

Need opening batsman? Why not get Klinger from Victoria and Hughes from NSW?
Need a good spinner? Why not get Lyon from ACT?
Need some middle order batsman? Why not Cooper from NSW/Netherlands or Miller from Victoria? (there's others here I can't really think of right now)
Need an allrounder? Why not Christian from NSW?
Need a pace bowler? Why not Mennie from NSW?
Need a keeper? Why not Ludeman from NSW?
Need a captain? Why not Johan Botha from f***ing South Africa

In terms of developing our own talent, we are absolutely disgraceful. Wouldn't mind having these players for the Strikers (a club) but not for the Redbacks (a state side).

I'm struggling with fact that he started his sentence with a cliche and then after realizing that; a) he hasn't kicked a game winning goal after the siren, b) he wasn't just drafted by his team he supported as a child and c) that he shouldn't have started with the cliche in the first place, he has finished the sentence to suit his own situation with the inconceivable notion that it's every child's dream to run the club they grew up supporting.
And struggling to see why any club would hire David Koch at all.
And yes I am ******ed so disregard anything I say as it's the ramblings of a crazy person. Unless those ramblings have struck a nerve...

The thing is he is an actor/houso but I have about 100 other legit housos on our payroll. Including the girl who finished yesterday for maternity leave. Got pregnant because her daughter was pregnant and thought it would be "cool" if they were "mums" together.
