It's like in 2015 surely there's some over-the-counter thing you can buy that prevents your aorta from decorating itself with saturated fat if they can cure that fungal nail thing and have a dedicated wet-wipe for every occasion

On the other hand, my body at 29 is so, so much better at regulating what I eat by making me feel like absolute garbage for even a slight over indulgence.

At 18 I was a bottomless pit. If that self regulating function worked in my early 20s I would have looked like a pasty white Peter Andre.
