I found this very amusing after your comment that everyone on twitter is a tree huggin', politically correct greenie Andre

On the Guardian, too! A left leaning newspaper, I'd suggest.
A majority <> everyone. I said Twitter is a majority Left leaning platform, not reflective of societies cross section, not that everyone is a hipster or Sara Hanson-Young fan.

I think you're thinking of Tumblr. Twitter is so widespread now it doesn't really have an encompassing personality at all.

60% Greens voters though

All I'm saying is that you're ignoring a large vocal right on Twitter.

Isn't Tumblr just pr0n?

I was surprised man.

Surprised at what you wrote as I read through it and surprised he even got a rise out of you. Probably a bad analogy but he is like the little boy in primary school who has a crush on the prettiest girl (that's you btw) and pushes her over, pulls her hair, calls her names etc all because of love. It's sad more than anything but it's painfully obvious that what others say is true, PB is an outsider who just wants in and doesn't know how to go about it so resorts to being 5 year old crush boy.

I haven't been on the receiving end of a rant, not that I'm aware of and not that I would give a ****, so I can't really empathise I guess.

I'm a bit like charcolechaddy in that I wouldn't say anything on here I wouldn't say to someones face. Or boob ;)

As someone who has been on the receiving end of a headlock from your good self, I'm aware.

I don't think he gives a rat what crowd he's in, he at least tells it as sees it with out the pc spin, just needs to be wittier with the come backs and not resort to abuse.

Its good to have a wide variety of personallys on here, if we are looking at having a common "stereotype of poster" we may as well be crows supporters.

Unless my internal dictionary is broken, 'comeback' means rejoinder and not 'periodic slew of utterly unprovoked insults out of nowhere'.

He just needs to not do that.

Man we all have our limits and he found yours the other night that's for sure.

I'm not having a dig at you at all but I am still surprised he was ably to ruffle your usually very cool feathers with some very low brow insults.

Anyway it's all done now.

I'd actually question why there would ever be a good reason to do media stuff in changerooms.

Can't say I've seen any blokes whipping out their todgers for the Channel Seven cameras though.

Because that's where the emotion of the win/loss really comes out. It's where the psych up for the game happens etc. it's the most important area in sport. Sport is entertainment and we want access to the entertaining areas.

Agree abuse just for bite factor is crap.

That's post game when expected. In that case getting a camera and a male reporter (if expected by the team), in a female teams locker room should be fine. Outside of that time it's expected then the opposite gender shouldn't be going into change rooms. Gayle is a dick, but if he'd been changing and didn't want his 'equipment' seen by the woman then would a complaint have been taken seriously? Certainly the reverse would be.

There is a difference between someone walking in on a person changing, and someone who is presumably scheduled to be in the room having a player deliberately expose himself to her and make a sexually charged jibe.

He walked up to her basically waving his ****!

There are plenty of dressing room rules for commentators to avoid accidental viewings.

The Gayle one was she walked in whilst thinking no one was there. Gayle again is a dick, but person alone in change room walked in on unexpectedly by someone of the opposite gender. No excuse for his actions, but even dickheads would have the expectation you can change uninterrupted.

I feel no need to rant, but it's laughable that on any thread that isn't strictly 100% football, anyone thinks there isn't an obvious cliche and group think that leans together on most issues they are delusional. This is a fairly new thing, IMO even 12 months ago the 'All posters comments are equal, but some are more equal then others' was no where near as prevalent. It's not even 'Don't offend the masses', it's don't post anything that may possibly, if they are having a bad day, offend a few particular posters. And don't stand too close when the cool group is chatting.

Do you really feel thats true? Do you think the moderators should be doing a better job? In what way can we make this place more inclusive as it used to be?

lol sorry but even when you stack the deck in his favour his response is still that of a goddamn creep. And yes you are excusing his actions.
