Does membership benefits start as soon as you pay? i'm looking at the plus membership thats $12 a month but theres no point if i have to wait a month to use the towing benefits.

I have a hunch it does. I was stuck and forgot to renew my membership and at the time of calling, they said to me that you have to renew your membership first prior to making a call out, so I did. So I couldn't see why if you started a new membership calling asking them for road assistance. Just have a plastic cash handy. You can pay monthly, I think it works out to be $12/month. But you will need upfront full payment for the first year which is roughly $120/year.

You probably aren't far off the mark. Series style stuff seem to be the rage at the minute. As a side note, Rogue One really hasn't got a heap of hype from my perspective. No one has been talking about it at all, though that may be different in other peoples friend circles. Moot point though, it'll gross hugely. Disney really wouldn't need to work hard for that though.

Yeah I signed up earlier this evening and have got them coming out soon, I managed to tow it home so at least it's secured now.
