No. I listened to Obama's long press conference in full today. He specifically said that voter fraud or vote manipulation is not suggested. He is accusing them of hacking and leaking to fuel the anti Hillary media agenda to drown out her message and sway undecideds. He also said that it's impossible to know if it changed the outcome.

For LukeSA that is the nature of the interference that is suggested, not vote tampering. And you can be sure that this is standard fare for elections everywhere, including here (to whit - climate policy over the last decade), it's just the organised hacking behind it (and also the nature of modern "media") that is different. The Yanks have been making governments around the world by one means or another for decades.
