The Robert Walls drinking game.

He LOVES using the word courage.

"Great courage there wasn't it?"
"Not alot of courage there and he has let his team-mates down"

He roasted Collingwood in the 2003 Grand Final for their lack of courage.

That was hilarious how he talked up Collingwood before the 2003 GF, saying they had improved and were a great side, then on the Monday he baked them.

Everyone drinks when Walls says

*Doc clarke is the best tap ruckman in the last ten years
*mentions ben ruttens thighs
*talks about a players muscles
*talks about how developed a player is
*when he declares a side will win in the first quarter
*when he misreads the fresh legs stats
*when he repeats something someone else has said or written
*when he says the eagles have problems in their foward line
*when he pays out on Fevola

please feel free to contribute,

* When he mentions Jonathon Brown.

If you were only allowed to submit into evidence one game that typifies Robert Walls' mystical ability to see things in hindsight, it simply has to be Port vs Brisbane in Round 2.

When Brisbane flew out of the blocks early it was all, "wow, they are the kings of the jungle. The rest of the league has been put on notice... Port look disinterested.

When Port came back and Brisbane were 40 points down, "we're seeing the end of an era. They're really missing Lynch"

When Brisbane came back to lose by a couple of points, "what a fantastic effort. When Brown comes back into this side...", etc.

Clown.

So how did people go.

Couldn't hear the commentary well enough, so had to play the Norm Smith drinking game. Perhaps I can watch the replay again and do it, but somehow wouldn't quite be the same. Plenty more Robbie Walls next year i'm sure though.

Oh gee I hope so.

One I forgot to mention but WAS said by Walls on Saturday (before Kennelly's goal).

"[Insert Player] has run 100m to take that mark."

Does anyone remember walls saying some idiot has thrown a bottle at boltons head ???

Yet bolton was in the middle of the MCG.

(lets say for this example...barry hall and the opposition is adelaide crows)

now, adelaide wont be at all worried about barry hall getting the ball so far up the ground.

probly says it about 3 times a game, every week.

I didn't see your post the first time around, jeez what a loss
And what did the great man say about your beloved Pavlich ???

Red his profile, he's definitely not a Freo supporter.

Besides I thought his comments were just the same with all his classic jinxes and thus the reason behind Pavlich's 'coming of age' this year. :p:)

I should add a skull for any time he criticises a player or team and the opposite to what he said happens the comming round.

Any more Robert Walls-isms to contribute?

Given the man has now earned the ire of West Coast fans, were there any pearls of wisdom from the fool tonight on "On The Couch"?

"His coach would absolutely love that," seems to be the one line he saves up each week, if he finds himself with nothing to say.

His comments about the Eagles illicit drug use being performancing enhancing (which is crap, because going by that logic, red cordial and coffee is also performance enhancing. Illicit and performance enhancing are not the same) was typical Walls. It was along the lines of "Well, i don't have any proof, but from what we've read this week...."

And when he is questioned about something in which he has obviously made an error of judgement.

*Big sigh or deep breath* "....Look Mike, I just think ...."

OMG - I can see it so clearly, so well described.

"He's a star *Insert players name*". Rolls that line out every time someone does something good.

Gee thanks for that douche bag, I didnt realise Kerr was a great player until you told me he was

SO TRUE, ONE THE TRUEST CALLS EVER - Walls has the respect of people in the football world who have played a part in the game, but no respect from the fans. He's so contradictory to himself 98% of the time and his views are mainly cheap shots. Disgrace he is.
