I'm sure some of you have watched a game or two in this pub. For those who haven't it's an atmospheric pub to watch the footy in where you can buy a very cheap pub meal and they'll play the winning club song as soon as the siren goes.

It has been sold and I think it will be redeveloped into something other than the great pub it is. I can't be bothered getting emotionally bent up about this but it's such a shame, as it's a great pub.

Very ordinary pub looks like it will continue to be pretty ordinary for the time being.

It would be a tragedy if the place was closed, or dramatically changed.

Meh. Overrated pub liked by flogs. Kind of place sub-hipsters who move to Fitzroy "discover" and gush over.

(Though I did once watch a Richmond game while tripping balls in there. One the funniest afternoons of my life)

Disagree daws, it's a great pub with a good atmosphere.

Tell me, what did you do before bagging hipsters became fashionable.

I'm sick of people bagging them. I've had hipsters bag hipsters to me. It's beyond a joke.
