Campo Burton Chapman Pyke Roo & Hart all need to move on and the AFC a fresh start. Its overdue. Fagan needs to grow a pair and start making big calls.
Unfortunately he was talking about the supporters filling AO seats every week......Fagan is as much a problem as every muppet that we have in the board room and footy department. “Right people in the right seats”.

We are the equivelent of a pub footy teamIn reality the board members should be wanting everyone’s heads, how can they be happy that this sort of s**t is going on?
It was obvious our injury management would get worse as soon as Burton & Haas was hired, a simple google search could see that they failed in their past roles at Brisbane.
Mmmm .. Ernst & Young, I'd like to see the club undertake a comprehensive reviewCan anyone think of someone capable of coming into the club and sort this s**t out?
I’m all for having heads roll over this but we also need competent people to replace them.
Fagan needs more pressure on him. He is the only one that can start the ball rolling for change. If his job is under pressure he will react, if the football department is under pressure he doesn't care, that's someone else's problem.
bums on seats for a start. People threatening with memberships. More emails into the club. These guys will always look after their own ars- first.Where does the pressure come from?
Every influential past player is employed by the club. Every influential person who supports the club is an ambassador and the club control the narrative via the media by discrediting anti crows reporters (Cornes and Rucci), and we don’t have a Giniver or Tredrea mouth piece in the media and if we do, they come across like idiots in Jarman or Rowe or only have nice stuff written by pro crows journalists.
They don’t listen to supporters.
Where will the pressure come from?
Exactly and why we needed an external review of all facets of the club last year or earlier. Can I suggest it'd be a better poll to ask who we'd keep?
Because it's a very small list right now.

You just want the gig yourselfNOT E&Y, and NOT Deloitte

I wonder if the guys looking after the SANFL team need reviewing as well. I would love to give some like Gooch, Jones etc a free run so they can show all their talent, instead we play the senior players in favoured positions to give them a run into the first team.
Do you genuinely believe they don't feel the pressure?
Just have a think about it, you are in a job in the biggest sporting club in the state and they are doing s**t. You know they are doing s**t. Sure they don't listen to bigfooty users, who would. But they do listen to supporters hence the sacking of coaches the moment it gets tough. Easy way to placate the mob.

I think they feel the pressure, every single conversation Chapman would have in his non footy role would have something about the Crows, i see people stopping him in the street to ask about the Crows. The coaches, Pyke and Camporeale would be feeling the pressure but Chapman and Fagan would be going about business as usual. I don’t, I honestly don’t think they feel they are under any type of pressure. They are not accountable to anyone and and winning a flag doesn’t seem to be part of any KPI they much meet.
Sacking Pyke is the easy answer right now. That is the process we always take. That has become engrained into our club culture. Once the club feels external pressure, falls Dow the ladder the coach gets fired. No one outside of the coach is held to account.
They must resist this and stick fat with Pyke and find 3 to 5 replacement assistant coaches. That is where we will tell if they are serious. Make offers to the best available assistant coach. and get them to move to Adelaide. Don’t settle for an SANFL coach. Find someone who will get the team better.
