Ok so with Richmond, the Bombers and Blues out of contention, could it be that the two clubs that we all love to hate are merely going through the motions in these remaining dead rubbers in order to beat us to the draft table? Given the way Essendon played on Fri night and the blooze going down to our arch rivals Gold Coast, an argument could be mounted. Does this then mean that Brock McLean will be looking for yet another new home?

Nothing new for Carlton but Essendon people would shout from the rooftops that they are morally above that kind of thing.

The worst part was not knowing whether to watch Collingwood getting beaten or Carlton getting beaten.

I threw the dice at the greater humiliation knowing that it could have denied me the chance to see Cloke languishing again in a Collingwood crushing for no return.

To the brave go the spoils. Now to decide which board to check out. Collingwood or Carlton. Anyone got any tips as to which one is more entertaining at present?
