Doing my own hair has given me great respect for hairdressers, I've learned where I've got to shave up or down now after nearly thirty years of doing it myself. Getting a different head every hour and doing something nice with it must take some skill.

It was not really job related. More destination and mate related. They planned something and now a few days before its been cancelled and ive had to cancel my leave because i'd rather not waste it sitting around.

Just need to knuckle down until late feb hopefully

Usually if I'm feeling sluggish I'll book some leave with some time in advance. Having something to look forward to refreshes me and I become more motivated counting that time down day by day.

I've had a situation previously where I booked leave just as there was a transition in leadership. The new person tried to cancel it "on my behalf" but luckliy the actual person in charge of the business saw what was going to happen and overruled it. Thus I got to have my time off.
