Ross was a real prick really, when you go deep and take a real look at it.


Looks wise? Or.. personality wise re. the comparison.

There's been a bit written about Friends over recent years, genealogy with a focus on the flaws of the slow, characters, plot holes etc

• it's a very "white" looking show, and it would take a lot of effort to keep things that white in NY
• how did anyone of them afford to live in those apartments with how little they actually worked
• does Monica work the least hours of any chef
• Ross is bit of a prick, but Rachel is also rather toxic and when looked at over the whole series that's a really toxic, negative relationship where they clearly continue to use each other and shouldn't be seen as this fairytale when she doesn't travel to Paris in the last episode

He was diagnosed with anger management issues after going off at his boss who ate the lunch his sister made for him

So they kinda acknowledged he had issues, but they clearly ran much deeper than that

It just goes to show how vital delivery is in comedy. If he just yelled it in his more regular Ross voice, it's nowhere near as funny.

Every day at about 3pm up to 20 new holland honeyeaters visit our work bird bath and have a swim and gossip

I get all sorts of birds. These ones were musk lorikeets. I get eastern rosellas, rainbow lorikeets, galahs, sulphur-crested cockies, magpies, swallows, kookaburras, noisy miners, new holland honey eaters, willie wagtails, sparrows and tawny frogmouths the most.
