Baseless?

well I don't want to get into a big thing about it here, but 90% of what's been reported is just absolute baseless filth, Hird's been sacked 85 times in the last 6 months apparently.

another thing that pleases me, People suing a landlord because he rented them a haunted house on the people's court. Love that sassy judge

Really? I'm surprised they were even approved. Anything that can distract you for a split second on a bike is going to cost you.

No different to having a car radio on?

Besides the doors, bonnet, roof surrounding you for protection, I guess.

I've been in accidents on both forms of transport, I'll take the car any time.

I know the risk of riding a motorbike, but if a car is gonna screech up behind me, i'm ****ed if I hear it or not. My eyes are working over time on the road, watching every car, every side street, trying to predict the future, cant stop whats happening behind me.

Were you doing whatever it takes to get away from it?

you could say that. you could also say I was trying to inject some sanity into the situation

when you say inner helmet ears are they directly in your ears like ear buds? i see people driving with headphones on (in cars) quite a bit and i reckon that must really cut down your sense of perception around you because a lot less sound can get in then if you are driving in a car with a radio on, even if the radio is quite loud.

Nah, I have speakers velcroed to my helmet.

See/hear my good news Quivorir??

Hmm, is this about the watch dog saying some fines should be taken off? Was wondering if that might apply to you, then I forgot about it by the time I got to work :p

Yes, that is me!!

Tony Tardio may as well have said "Good morning Michelle, your ring road fine has been withdrawn. Have a nice day" in his news report. First time I think I've ever done a little "happy dance" when I've gotten out of bed in the morning  :D

Maybe I should try an convince him that the freeway I was on was perfectly safe to be doing 180 on...

Are they going to give your money back?

I was stuck in first gear ;)

Nah, this massive fine is too big to cop again, not to mention the loss of license for a month. Will safe my speeding for track days.

A British mother has given birth to the biggest ever baby born naturally in Spain, a hospital has said.
Maxime Marin, 40, did not even need an epidural painkiller to deliver the baby girl who weighed 13lb 7oz (6.2kg) – around twice the weight of an average baby.

The infant, Maria Lorena Marin, was in "perfect health" following the straightforward delivery at the Marina Salud hospital in the Mediterranean city of Denia on Wednesday morning, the hospital said in a statement.

Dr Javier Rius, the chief of gynecology at the hospital, said in his 40 years of practice he had never known a baby born naturally to weigh so much.

Marin said she expected the baby, born after 41 weeks, to be "big but not that big" as her three older children each weighed more than 9lb 14oz at birth.

She brushed off the five-hour labour as "simple" and gave birth without an epidural, a painkiller delivered into the spine during childbirth.
I'm pleased I'm not this birds husband. It would be like chipolatas in the Royal Albert Hall for the rest of your life.
No epidural though. Respect.

Srsly laughed out loud. :D

I find there are more weirdos on the trains, than say the trams or buses.
