At work we have an email address set up that will automatically create a case if you email to it. We just had a client who uses a similar thing email that address. So he emailed us, it sent him back an email basically saying we received it, their side attaches a comment to their case and emails us back saying we received it. This has been going on in an endless loop for 10 minutes now.

At work we have an email address set up that will automatically create a case if you email to it. We just had a client who uses a similar thing email that address. So he emailed us, it sent him back an email basically saying we received it, their side attaches a comment to their case and emails us back saying we received it. This has been going on in an endless loop for 10 minutes now.

So I guess it is going to cause a fault for ISPs soon enough?
