Had a massage this afternoon from an Asian chick. At one stage I was laying on my back and she was massaging my thigh getting right up near the crotch. She kept brushing my personals with her hand. I was doing sums in my head trying not become erect. I'm convinced at one stage she was doing it deliberately to try and get a rise out of me.

I know they have cheap houses my friend over there has a brand new house in New Orleans 260k ffs

Yep. Cheaper than that in some other areas. House Hunters US pisses me off.

Heard on radio yesterday the mayor of Saint John (New Brunswick) was suggesting Vancouvorites move there. Average 3 bedroom place for $700 per month compared to $3,000.

What are the laws for foreign ownership in the states if it's so cheap and why don't the Chinese buy there or do they?

I don’t know about the States so much but it’s a big problem here. Foreign investment has led to ghost neighbourhoods with rows of empty houses in the richest suburbs.

They increased taxes on it and the mostly Chinese money shifted a little to Toronto and Seattle.

Lots of talk about using the Aussie model where international buyers would have to build rather than buy existing property.
