That the media won't leave Schapelle Corby alone. She's done her time, is mentally broken and still you follow her everywhere. She should be allowed to get on that plane and just come home without the goddam media frenzy

You are right but her family largely contributed to the saturation

Did she bring her boogie-board?

Because you keep buying New Idea and Who magazine, because you keep flicking over to see the latest ' breaking news'

Do you feel the same way for every criminal that the media follow?

Fwiw it was on the news and yes, once you've done your time that's it.

I haven't heard anything about her until I read your post here tbh. Admittedly I don't watch much TV news or read much print media but have not heard any mention of it on the radio either.

IGA next door is open. Cars parked on kerbs and horns going and fights starting. Ahh religion does bring feelings of peace

There was a piece on the radio on how people find it hard to relax and to just let go and enjoy a moment. It was strange listening to people saying they need to be occupied all the time and that being alone causes them anxiety

Just so you know, you can see a reflection in those sunnies

Not that I am a stalker

Granted nobody likes a grammar Nazi, and a simple spelling mistake is easy to make, but sometimes you come across a post that is littered with so many that you can't make heads nor tails out of it. A few seconds spent proofreading before posting wouldn't hurt anyone. And predictive text is a cop out excuse.

The IGA down the street from me was open yesterday (as it is every day of the year), but I didn't see any of those kind of issues there.

I shudder to think at the state of supermarkets today though (and am thankful that at this stage I'm not required to work). With the shops shut for the next 2 days after today, the panic buying is going to start - almost as if they're preparing for the end of the world.
