He's pretty ordinary.

I could rattle off a number of students still at university that could do a much better job than he does, and would probably leap at the chance for the exposure.

As others have said he is obviously a part of the media department down there at Lexus but I'd have to think there is someone else that is a bit more comfortable in front of the camera and perhaps has a better grasp of what's going on.

Like a rookie list spot, all we really need to see is some improvement for him to be retained for another year. Although I can't see that helping the accent.
