The cyber search for thylacine

PANIC set in for Carlton bloggers on the Australian rules footy forum BigFooty during the week and it wasn't over Chris Judd's hammy, a Fev sighting at a nightclub, or an intra-club punch-on.
The bloggers realised one of their regular posters, Thylacine 60, was a Kinglake resident and they had not heard from him for some time.
Over the week, messages of concern and hope flooded in as they waited for news of one of their favourites and the silence must have been alarming.
But Thylacine did eventually log on to let his cyber mates know that he was OK with this ripping slice of laconic Aussie wit: Thylacine 60: You idiots — extinct, not dead.

I only just had a read then.
