Tickets for Final.

So annoyed with Ticketek right now. Only tickets I could get are high in the top deck. If the system didn't keep logging me out, may have been able to get something better. There was only single tickets available and although I don't mind not sitting with my husband, it's still bloody annoying. We are both AFL members and decided to try online instead of lining up - wont be doing that again!!

Tickets are still available in Level M.

Don't settle for the nosebleed section.

I went to a Ticketek outlet yesterday as well as using my iPhone while waiting in the queue. I had my tickets via the iPhone before the queue had barley moved at the outlet. I reckon I would have been waiting at least another 40 - 50 minutes to get to the counter at the rate the queue was moving.

If I were you, I wouldn't rely on the "lining up" strategy unless I had a back-up plan.

I actually had two seats in Row D N26, but Ticketek froze and wouldn't allow me to proceed to pay for them and then the time they allowed (which wasn't long) logged me out and I had to start again - NOT HAPPY!! I just want to be there, so I will settle for the nose bleed section this time, but seriously Ticketek get your bums into gear.

SO ANGRY RIGHT NOW

I'm all ready to log in to get tickets at 9AM and my arseh*le boss comes to my desk at 8.50 and decides to go through a whole heap of stuff till 9.40AM
By the time I get ionto Ticketek I am unable to get 2 AFL Member tickets next to each other and no guess pass so Ticketek stops me from purchasing.
Then I have to go to a meeting and by the time I get back all I can get is 2 standing room tickets and am unable to get a guess pass for my girlfriend (who is unfortunately Essendon - boy am I gonna cop it when I get home)

Gonna try at 12PM and get general reserve tickets (and pay through the nose)

I haven't missed a game in melbourne for over 20 years and my friggin tool of a boss stuffs it all up.

I couldn't get afl members tickets this morning after wIting inline fir 90 minutes. I'm going to buy Gen public at 12 when they come on sale. If I can only acquire seats on level 1 I would love to trade these for seats on Level 4. Will repost if this is the case.

Has anyone got 3x level 4 seats? It's the only place I would like to sit.

just checked Ticketek at 11.20AM at it says they are no longer going on sale - obviously none available as they are all sold out

I saw that as well in red but maybe it is blocked out until midday as only AFL & MCC members can get tickets at this moment.

They are not sold out. It is not possible.

Edit: The option is available again.

I got fantastic seats yesterday and you should still be able to get good seats.

Go for Premium if you can.

I have heard alot of angry AFL members on talkback radio this morning. Apparently they allowed members to purchase 4 guest passes each so other members have missed out.
Only option is to buy when general public tickets go on sale at midday and pay full price.

They should have had a limit of 1 extra ticket per AFL membership.

I just found that info out from a friend of mine.

Would not be fair at all if AFL Members were permitted to buy more than one guest pass per Membership.
