Really like the sound of Schroder. Hard nut, great speed and strength according to his profile on the Cats website - seems a no-brainer to me.

I would be more than happy to take him at 46.
I wonder why his nickname is 'Brick'?

Tanner Smith delisted from Freo, but they say they are committed to rookieing him.

Strange, I thought he would have been kept on. Any chance we could wave a list spot under his nose and grab him?

Wouldn't mind it. Tall forward/relief ruck, yeah?

He's still growing into his body which might be why, but he hasn't been bad. Seems strange.

Could have signed him as a delisted free agent, so no way we'd burn 46 on him.

If Crameri's suspension eats in to a large chunk of season 2015, do you guys think we will draft/rookie list a mature aged forward or stick with Dickson? Who would be most suitable from state leagues? I really like the look of Brett eddy but he is more your kpf/ff.

Dickson and grant probably see more game time

Wouldn't be a terrible idea to rookie someone like that on the off chance. There are quite a few talented forward of about Crameri's height in the state leagues, though few of them have his ability to push into the middle. We don't have any forward to come in and be as good as him, but hopefully Boyd, Grant and Dickson will all come along a bit to help with the goals if Crameri does go down for a while.

Tutt, whiley, jones and a busted jaksch. Nice haul blues. lol.

Still think Jones would have been useful next year, working in conjunction with Boyd (particularly if Crameri cops a lengthy ban). And I also think that Tutt would have also benefitted, having the extra KPF to blast the ball in at, not having to rely on delivering a precision pass.

But if neither of those guys could actually see they were better off with us, then may Carlton sink without a trace next year...
